The 'Request to Transfer' clause establishes the process by which one party may formally ask to transfer certain rights, obligations, or interests under the agreement to another party. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for making such a request, such as providing written notice and obtaining the other party's consent, and may specify any conditions or limitations on permissible transfers. Request to Transfer. Requests by a teacher for transfer to a different building or position may be made any time. Such request shall be made in writing to the personnel office with a copy to the Association. The application shall set forth the school, grade, or position sought, and the applicant’s qualifications and the reason for the requested transfer. Such requests shall be made and reviewed once each year to assure active consideration by the Administration. The transfer request shall be made a part of the teacher’s personnel file.
Request to Transfer. Requests by an employee for a transfer to a different class, building, or position shall be made in writing to the Superintendent/designee using the attached form in Appendix A.

If Retailer submits a written request to transfer stock and/or assets in Retailer as described in this Section 8, the Company shall have the right of first refusal or option to purchase Retailer's stock and/or assets. The Company must notify Retailer of its election to exercise such right within thirty (30) days after receiving Retailer's complete written proposal. If the Company exercises its right of first refusal, this shall supersede any other right that Retailer may have to transfer or otherwise dispose of its stock or assets. The Company may assign its right or option to a third party.
