Common use of Request Clause in Contracts

Request. An employee making application for child care leave will inform Human Resources in writing of the intention to take the leave at least three (3) calendar months before commencement of the intended leave. For an adoption leave, the employee will inform Human Resources in writing at the earliest opportunity of the intention to take the leave.
