Requested Extension Notice Date. See §3.4(a). Required Lenders. As of any date, the Lenders holding more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding principal amount of the Notes on such date; and if no such principal is outstanding, the Lenders whose aggregate Commitments constitute more than fifty percent (50%) of the Total Commitment; provided that the Commitment of, and the portion of the Total Commitments held or deemed held by, any Defaulting Lender shall be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Lenders.
