Requested Relocation is an Authorised Relocation. If the Operator gives notice that the Requested Relocation is an Authorised Relocation under clause 14.3(b): (a) the Operator and the Shipper must negotiate in good faith regarding the cost to the Shipper (which in no case may be less than the Operator's out-of- pocket costs and must include a reasonable charge for the Operator's management time) in respect of any new facilities (including the New Inlet Point or New Outlet Point) which the Shipper will be wholly or partially utilising. (b) If such agreement is not reached, the matter must be regarded as a Dispute to be resolved as a Technical Matter and will be dealt with in accordance with clause 24. (c) the Shipper must pay the charges specified in clause 14.7 in accordance with clause 20.
