Common use of Requested Relocation is not an Authorised Relocation Clause in Contracts

Requested Relocation is not an Authorised Relocation. If the Operator gives notice that the Requested Relocation is not an Authorised Relocation under clause 14.3(a), the Operator and the Shipper (acting reasonably) may agree (on any fair and reasonable terms and conditions, including terms and conditions as to price) the operational restrictions which will apply to the use by the Shipper of the New Inlet Point or New Outlet Point which will enable the Parties to implement the Requested Relocation of Contracted Capacity.
