Requesting a Transaction and the Designated. Transaction 3.1 Once the Bank has carried out the procedures in Articles 2.2 and 2.3 regarding the various transaction requests of the Service and approved these, the transaction shall be deemed verified, and from that point forward the Customer cannot cancel or modify the transaction without the consent of the Bank. 3.2 From time-to-time transactions requested by the Customer will not be processed on the day the request is made owing to limitations of the Bank’s system or limitations involving business processing. In such a case, the Bank shall not be liable for the delay in executing the transaction.
