Common use of Requesting Advances Clause in Contracts

Requesting Advances. Each Advance shall be requested only by Borrower and by its submitting to Bank a completed, signed Borrowing Notice in the form of Exhibit A hereto (with whatever modifications Bank requires from time to time). Bank reserves the right to require any Borrowing Notice to be submitted at least two Business Days before the date the Advance is requested to be made. Each Borrowing Notice shall be irrevocable and binding on Borrower.
