Requesting an Ensemble Sample Clauses

Requesting an Ensemble.  EMS103 Schools who wish to obtain the services of an EMS teacher to provide ensemble leading/assisting must complete an EMS103 (New or Ad hoc Provision Request form) and return it to EMS ideally at least half a term before provision is requested to start. The form must be signed by an authorised school signatory. If schools wish to request two different provisions, two different request forms must be returned. EMS provide teachers for a minimum of two hours per week for 30 weeks per year. Ensembles of less than 2 hours must coincide after a session of other provision in order to make the journey to the school worthwhile for the EMS teacher. Charges relating to all EMS provision can be found at section 8
