Requesting and Receiving Service. 1. You must notify us of any mechanical failure when it happens and prior to the expiration of your Agreement. We are 2. You are responsible to pay us and/or our independent contractor any service charge and additional charges assessed by our independent contractor resulting from your failure to provide access and/or for missed appointments caused by you. 6.
