Requests, Approvals and Directions of Authority. Whenever in this Indenture a request, approval, direction or other action is required of the Authority, such request, approval, direction or other action shall be in the form of and evidenced by a certificate of an Authorized Officer of the Authority unless otherwise provided herein.
