REQUESTS BY BLUM HOLDER. Subject to the provisions of Section 2(c)(ii), Blum Xxxxers holding not less than 50% of the then-outstanding Rexxxxrable Securities held by all Blum Holders shall have the right to make written requests that txx Xorporation effect registrations under the Securities Act of all or part of the Registrable Securities of such Blum Holders, which requests shall specify the intended method of xxxposition thereof by such Blum Holders, including whether the registration requested is for xx underwritten offering.
