REQUESTS BY LESSEE. Except in emergencies, requests by Lessee shall be attended to only after written request by Lessee to the building management. Lessor's employees are not allowed to perform or do anything outside their regular duties unless pursuant to special orders from Lessor. Lessee may not contract with Lessor's employees for the performance of paid or free services to Lessee.
