Any request, direction, order or demand of the Company mentioned herein shall be sufficiently evidenced (unless other evidence in respect thereof be herein specifically prescribed) by an instrument signed by one of its Responsible Officers, and any resolution of the Company may be evidenced to the Disbursement Agent by a copy thereof certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company.
