Common use of Requests for Additional Optional Currencies Clause in Contracts

Requests for Additional Optional Currencies. TGI, on behalf of the Borrowers, may deliver to the Administrative Agent a written request that Optional Currency Swing Loans hereunder and/or Letters of Credit issued hereunder also be permitted to be made or issued in any other lawful currency (other than Dollars), in addition to the currencies specified in the definition of “Optional Currency” herein, provided that such currency must be freely traded in the offshore interbank foreign exchange markets, freely transferable, freely convertible into Dollars and available to PNC Bank and the Issuing Banks in the applicable interbank market. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify TGI of the acceptance or rejection by the Administrative Agent, of the Borrowers’ request. The requested currency shall be approved as an Optional Currency hereunder only if the Administrative Agent, PNC Bank and all of the Issuing Banks approve of the Borrowers’ request.
