Requests for Additional Revolving Credit Commitments. Upon notice to the Administrative Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders), the U.S. Borrower may on up to three different occasions, in accordance with Section 2.14(c), request an increase in the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments (each such increase, an “Additional Revolving Credit Commitment); provided that (x) after giving effect to any such increases, the aggregate amount of all Additional Revolving Credit Commitments that have been added pursuant to this Section 2.14 shall not exceed $250,000,000, and (y) any such increase shall be in an aggregate amount of not less than $50,000,000 or any whole multiple of $10,000,000 in excess thereof). Any Additional Revolving Credit Commitments shall be made by increasing the aggregate existing Revolving Credit Commitments (each, a “Revolving Credit Commitment Increase”) with the same terms as the then-existing Revolving Credit Commitments, except as relates to pricing, as specified in the Additional Commitment Amendment.
