Common use of Requests for Advance Information Clause in Contracts

(a) To assist in its planning and forecasting, the Service Provider may, acting reasonably, from time to time request the Shipper to provide it with advance estimates (covering such periods and in such detail as the Service Provider may reasonably determine) in good faith of the Shipper's likely Nominations.
