The "Requests for Certification" clause establishes the process by which one party may formally ask the other to provide written confirmation or proof of compliance with certain obligations or standards under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which such requests can be made, the form and timing of the certification, and any supporting documentation that may be required. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accountability between the parties by allowing verification of compliance, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding performance.
Requests for Certification. 2.2.1 For the purpose of any accredited Services provided under this Agreement, the accredited entity (which holds the accreditation for the services) will be Keyn Certification Sdn. Bhd. The accredited entity will be named towards the Client. The accredited entity is entitled to legally enforce the certification relevant activities towards the Client.
2.2.2 The Client shall supply, through an Application Form, detailed information about the size and scope of its operations that will be subject to the Services.
2.2.3 Upon receipt of such information from the Client, Keyn Certification shall issue a Proposal.
2.2.4 For quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems, Keyn Certification will determine the audit duration based on the information submitted by the client and the applicable IAF Mandatory Documents. The justification of the calculation can be made available to the Client
2.2.5 Where a multi-site offer is made, this will be based on the information supplied by the Client and includes the multi- site criteria of the accreditation rules according to the latest edition of the relevant Accreditation Body rules for each certification schemes. Where any subsequent audit information supplied by the Client is found not to be accurate, Keyn Certification reserves the right to amend and correct its offer and/or the Agreement accordingly to ensure compliance with the aforementioned rules.
Requests for Certification. 1. To prepare this offer and any subsequent agreement, clients will be asked to supply information about the size and scope of their operations subject to OneCert International services.
2. If the quotation & this agreement is signed and returned to OneCert International, this acts as the instruction to proceed with the beginning of the certification services.
3. This certification agreement contains the present OneCert International’s terms and conditions under which the certification services are offered and rendered.
4. OneCert International shall perform the services with the reasonable expertise, care and diligence to be expected of a reputable company experienced in providing the class of services specified in the agreement.
