REQUESTS FOR MAINTENANCE. Requests for any maintenance or repairs are to be made at the office by phone or personal visit. All emergencies such as loss of heat, lack of hot water or water leaks should be called in immediately. Fire should first be reported to the fire department and then called in to the office or emergency number.
