This information may include new sample signatures and other information that we must obtain under Applicable Law. You agree to assist us by promptly complying with any such request. You also agree to hold us harmless for refusing to pay or release funds or to take any other action relating to your account where the refusal is based on your failure to provide the signatures or documentation requested by us from time to time.
