Common use of Requests for New Vehicle Swing Line Loans Clause in Contracts

Requests for New Vehicle Swing Line Loans. Subject to Sections 2.2.7 and 2.6.2, whenever the New Vehicle Floorplan Borrowers wish to obtain a New Vehicle Swing Line Loan, the Company shall give Agent irrevocable notice thereof no later than 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on the requested date of such New Vehicle Swing Line Loan unless Swing Line Lender agrees in each instance, in its sole discretion, to a shorter time period. Such notice shall specify the requested borrowing date (which must be a Business Day) and the amount of the New Vehicle Swing Line Loan, and include any other information and documentation reasonably requested by the Agent, including, but not limited to, the make, model and vehicle identification number of each New Vehicle to be financed thereby. 2.2.4
