Requests for PHI. Business Associate agrees to notify Covered Entity within five (5) business days of Business Associate’s receipt of any request, subpoena, or judicial or administrative order for PHI. To the extent Covered Entity decides to assume responsibility for challenging the validity of such request, Business Associate agrees to cooperate fully with Covered Entity in such challenge.

Requests for PHI. Each party agrees to notify the other party within five (5) business days of a party’s receipt of any request, subpoena, or judicial or administrative order for PHI. To the extent a party decides to assume responsibility for challenging the validity of such request, the other party agrees to cooperate fully in such challenge.
Requests for PHI. Business Associate agrees that it will use all reasonable efforts to limit its request for PHI to the minimum amount of PHI necessary to achieve the purpose for which the request is being made.
