Common use of Requests for Swing Line Loans Clause in Contracts

Requests for Swing Line Loans. (a) On the Closing Date, subject to the terms and conditions hereunder set forth, the Swing Line Bank shall make a Swing Line Loan to one or more of the Floor Plan Borrowers pursuant to a Request for Borrowing in an amount equal to the Swing Line Minimum Amount.
