Requests for Syndicated Borrowings. To request a Syndicated Borrowing, a Borrower shall notify the Administrative Agent of such request (a) by irrevocable written notice (via a written Borrowing Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Company (on its own behalf or, as applicable, on behalf of an Approved Borrower), promptly followed by telephonic confirmation of such request) in the case of a Syndicated Eurocurrency Borrowing, not later than 11:00 a.m., Local Time, three (3) Business Days (in the case of a Syndicated Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Dollars) or by irrevocable written notice (via a written Borrowing Request in a form approved by the Administrative Agent and signed by the Company (on its own behalf or, as applicable, on behalf of an Approved Borrower)) not later than 11:00 a.m., Local Time, three (3) Business Days (in the case of a Syndicated Eurocurrency Borrowing denominated in Euros), in each case before the date of the proposed Borrowing or (b) by telephone in the case of an ABR Borrowing, not later than 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the date of the proposed Borrowing. Each such telephonic Borrowing Request shall be irrevocable and shall be confirmed promptly by hand delivery or telecopy to the Administrative Agent of a written Borrowing Request described above and signed by the Company (on its own behalf or, as applicable, on behalf of an Approved Borrower). Each such telephonic and written Borrowing Request shall specify the following information in compliance with Section 2.02:
