Requests for Waiver of Rights. 1. Under NASA Patent Waiver Regulations, 14 C.F.R. Part 1245, Subpart 1, an advance waiver may be requested prior to execution of this Agreement, or within thirty (30) days afterwards. Waiver of an identified invention made and reported under this Agreement may still be requested, even if a request for an advance waiver was not made or was not granted.
