Requests to quash or modify. Upon written request by the person subpoe- naed or by a party, made within 10 days after service but in any event not later than the time specified in the subpoena for compliance, the Board may: (i) Quash or modify the subpoena if it is unreasonable and oppressive or for other good cause shown, or (ii) require the person in whose behalf the sub- poena was issued to advance the rea- sonable cost of producing subpoenaed books and papers. Where ciurcumstances require, the Board may act upon such a request at any time after a copy has been served upon the opposing party.

  • Minor Modifications A. The following may be administratively authorized as minor modifications to this Agreement:

  • Amendments or Modifications Any changes, amendments or modifications to this Contract shall be made in writing, approved by all parties, and attached to the original Contract.   • Participating State Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement These modifications or additions apply only to actions and relationships within the Participating State. The following changes are modifying or supplementing the Master Agreement terms and conditions.

  • AUTHORITY TO MODIFY No modification or change in this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable against UNICEF unless provided by a written amendment to this Agreement signed by a duly authorized officer of UNICEF and an Authorized Officer of IP.

  • Renegotiation or Modification The Parties agree to renegotiate this Agreement if federal and/or state revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes to this Agreement necessary. In addition to changes necessitated by law, DEO may at any time, with written notice to Grantee, make changes within the general scope of this Agreement. Such changes may include modification of the requirements, changes to processing procedures, or other changes as decided by DEO. Any investigation necessary to determine the impact of the change shall be the responsibility of Grantee.   • TERMINATION OR MODIFICATION A. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect until December 31, 2011.

  • Cost Modifications The parties may agree to a reduction in the cost of the Contract at any time during which the Contract is in effect. Without intending to impose a limitation on the nature of the reduction, the reduction may be to hourly, staffing or unit costs, the total cost of the Contract or the reduction may take such other form as the State deems to be necessary or appropriate.
