Required Additional Insured Sample Clauses
Required Additional Insured. The insurance coverage listed in Sections 9.1.1.1 and 9.1.1.3 (and its related excess policies provided by Section 9.1.1.6) shall name HPS as an additional insured thereunder to the extent permitted under the applicable policy.
