Common use of Required Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Required Authorizations. PSINet shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, from any appropriate public and/or private authority, any required permission, authorization, permit, license or easement (collectively, the "Authorizations") to bring fiber to the IXC Premises and, or needed to construct, install, operate and maintain the POP-to-POP Interconnect Facility and to use the property over which the POP-to-POP Interconnect Facility will be operated and maintained. PSINet represents and warrants that such Authorizations shall be in effect for the entire Term of this Agreement. IXC shall cooperate with PSINet in its efforts to obtain such authorizations.
