Required Capital Amount. Evidence satisfactory to the Trustee that the Required Capital Amount for such Series has been credited to the Capital Subaccount for such Series, provided that in the case of the initial Series of Securitization Bonds, $100,000 of the Required Capital Amount for such Series shall have been deposited to the credit of the Capital Reserve Subaccount.
