Required Certification Updates. If Sterling determines, in Xxxxxxxx’s sole discretion, that regulatory or industry changes require updates to the Employer Certification in this Section 1, Sterling retains the right to request and require additional documentation and certifications from End User. End User understands that any failure to cooperate with reasonable requests for such documentation and certifications may constitute grounds for immediate suspension of the Services and termination of the Agreement.
