Common use of Required Completion Date Clause in Contracts

Required Completion Date. 25. The Owner covenants and agrees to complete the Development pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on or before the expiry of two (2) years from the date of execution of this Agreement by the Town.

Required Completion Date. 2526. The Owner covenants and agrees to complete the Development Facility and the Works pursuant to the terms of this Agreement on or before the expiry of two (2) years from the date of execution issuance of a Building Permit. It is agreed that this Agreement date may be extended by mutual agreement of the TownParties in writing.
