Required Disclosures of Institutional Information. If Supplier is required by a court of competent jurisdiction or an administrative body to disclose Institutional Information, Supplier will notify UC in writing immediately upon receiving notice of such requirement and prior to any such disclosure (unless Supplier is prohibited by law from doing so), to give UC an opportunity to oppose or otherwise respond to such disclosure. To the extent Supplier still required to disclose Institutional Information, Supplier will furnish only that portion that is legally required and will exercise all reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be afforded to any Confidential Institutional Information.
