Required Election and Selection Clause Samples
The "Required Election and Selection" clause establishes the obligation for parties to make specific choices or designations as stipulated in the agreement. This may involve selecting a governing law, designating a representative, or choosing between alternative procedures or options provided within the contract. By mandating that these elections or selections are made, the clause ensures that all necessary decisions are finalized up front, thereby preventing ambiguity and facilitating smooth contract administration.
