Common use of Required Filings and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Required Filings and Approvals. 7.4.1 As promptly as practicable after the date of this Agreement, the Company will make all filings required to be made by it in order to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, the Company will, (a) cooperate with DFT with respect to all filings that DFT elects to make or is required to make in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and (b) cooperate with DFT in obtaining any consents or approvals required to be obtained by DFT in connection herewith.
