Common use of Required Governmental Approvals Clause in Contracts

Required Governmental Approvals. All of the Required Governmental Approvals shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect, and no such Required Governmental Approval shall have resulted in the imposition of a Burdensome Condition. The waiting period and any extension thereof applicable to the transactions contemplated by this Agreement under the HSR Act shall have been terminated or shall have expired.
