Required Information for Internal Revenue Service Form 8820. Sellers shall provide Buyer or the Company with all information requested by Buyer or the Company for purposes of completing Internal Revenue Service Form 8820 with respect to the transactions described in this Agreement. Such information shall be provided in writing within 15 days of the receipt by Sellers of a request for such information.
