Required Insurance Certificates. A. Prior to executing this Agreement, the Contractor shall provide the Department with current insurance coverage certificates evidencing the following types of insurance as required by Federal and California regulations and outlined in Exhibit D: • Worker’s compensation insurance B. Insurance shall be in force during the entire term of this Agreement, shall be the Contractor’s sole cost, and shall be in such amounts as the Department deems necessary.
