Required Licenses; Permits; Intellectual Property; Etc. Borrower shall duly and lawfully obtain and maintain in full force and effect, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to obtain and maintain in full force and effect, all Required Licenses and Intellectual Property as appropriate for the business being conducted and properties owned by Borrower or such Subsidiaries at any given time.
