Common use of Required Majority for Decisions Clause in Contracts

Required Majority for Decisions. Decisions of the arbitral tribunal shall be taken by a majority vote of its members. The absence or abstention of one member shall not constitute a bar to the tribunal reaching a decision. In the event of an equality of votes, the President of the tribunal shall have a casting vote.
