Common use of Required on all Transactions Clause in Contracts

Required on all Transactions. You will obtain a prior authorization for the total amount of a transaction via electronic terminal or device before completing any transaction, and you will not process any transaction that has not been authorized. You will follow any instructions received during the authorization process. Upon receipt of authorization you may consummate only the transaction authorized and must note on the Sales Draft the authorization number. Where authorization is obtained, you will be deemed to warrant the true identity of the customer as the Cardholder.
