Required Overcollateralization Amounts. In addition to the foregoing, the Servicer shall provide the Trustee, the Depositor and the Seller at the time the tape is delivered to the Trustee a Liquidation Report and accompanying Officer's Certificate with respect to each Mortgage Loan that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the related Collection Period substantially in the form of Exhibits I and J hereto.
