Common use of Required Permits, Certificates and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Required Permits, Certificates and Licenses. Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining any building permits or certificates from governmental authorities necessary to construct, operate, maintain and remove its Facilities on public or private property. 4.2.1 Licensee shall not attach or place its Facilities to or in AT&T’s Poles, Conduit or Duct located on any property for which it or AT&T has not first obtained all required authorizations. 4.2.2 AT&T shall have the right to request evidence that all appropriate authorizations have been obtained. However, such request shall not delay AT&T’s Pre-License Survey work.
