For Services including alcohol, Caterer warrants, represents, and agrees that Caterer and all individuals assigned to provide Services will obtain and maintain, at Caterer’s own cost, any and all approvals, licenses, filings, registrations and permits required by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (“TABC”).
