Common use of Required Pool Balance Clause in Contracts

Required Pool Balance. The Net Adjusted Pool Balance equals or exceeds the Required Pool Balance after giving effect to the additional issuance (taking into account any deposit of the proceeds of the additional Series 20 - Notes in the Excess Funding Account).
