Common use of Required Prepayments of Series A Notes Clause in Contracts

Required Prepayments of Series A Notes. Until the Series A Notes shall be paid in full, the Company shall apply to the prepayment of the principal amount of the Series A Notes, without Yield-Maintenance Amount, the sum of $2,142,857.14 on February 25 of each year, commencing on February 25, 2008 through and including February 25, 2013, and such principal amounts of the Series A Notes, together with interest thereon to the payment dates, shall become due on such payment dates. The remaining unpaid outstanding principal amount of the Series A Notes, together with any accrued and unpaid interest accrued thereon, shall become due on August 19, 2010, the maturity date of the Series A Notes.

Until the Series A Notes shall be paid in full, the Company Partnerships shall apply to the prepayment of the principal amount of the Series A Notes, without Yield-Maintenance Amount, the sum of $2,142,857.14 606,060.61 on February 25 December 13, March 13, June 13 and September 13 in each of each year, commencing on February 25, 2008 the years 1997 through and including February 25, 20132005 inclusive, and such principal amounts of the Series A Notes, together with interest thereon to the payment prepayment dates, shall become due on such payment dates. The remaining unpaid principal amount of the Series A Notes, together with interest accrued thereon, shall become due on the maturity date of the Series A Notes.

Required Prepayments of Series A Notes. The remaining unpaid principal amount of the Series A Notes, together with interest accrued thereon, shall become due on the maturity date of the Series A Notes.
