Common use of Required Prepayments of Series C Exchange Notes Clause in Contracts

Required Prepayments of Series C Exchange Notes. Until the Series C Exchange Notes shall be paid in full, the Company shall apply to the prepayment of the Series C Exchange Notes, without Yield-Maintenance Amount, the sum of $2,272,727.27 commencing on May 30, 2003 and each May 30 thereafter to and including May 30, 2011, and such principal amounts of the Series C Exchange Notes, together with interest thereon to the payment dates, shall become due on such payment dates. The remaining unpaid principal amount of the Series C Exchange Notes, together with interest accrued thereon, shall become due on the maturity date of the Series C Exchange Notes.
