Required Prior Notifications. Recipient must provide notice to PCORI within five business days of becoming aware of or making decisions related to certain actions. Notifications must be made in writing to the designated PCORI Contract personnel. Note that PCORI may take exception to a notification and may take additional actions if warranted. Recipient must provide prior notification of any of the following: a) Absence of a principal investigator or key personnel for a time period exceeding three continuous months but that does not otherwise alter the overall time to be spent on the project by 25% or more of original effort b) Identified or alleged research misconduct, regardless of whether such misconduct is related to PCORI funding or for a separate project or research-related action c) Conflicts of interest that may arise during the term of this Contract d) Deviation from the adopted PCORI Methodological Standards
