Common use of Required Purchaser Shareholder Approval Clause in Contracts

Required Purchaser Shareholder Approval. The matters described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Section 6.11(a) that are submitted to the vote of the shareholders of the Purchaser at the Shareholder Meeting in accordance with the Proxy Statement shall have been approved by the requisite vote of the shareholders of the Purchaser at the Shareholder Meeting in accordance with the Proxy Statement (the “Required Shareholder Vote”).

Required Purchaser Shareholder Approval. The matters described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Section 6.11(a7.11(a) that are submitted to the vote of the shareholders of the Purchaser at the Shareholder Meeting in accordance with the Proxy Statement shall have been approved by the requisite vote of the shareholders of the Purchaser at the Shareholder Meeting in accordance with the Proxy Statement (the “Required Shareholder Vote”).
