Common use of Required Regulatory Reports Clause in Contracts

Required Regulatory Reports. The Investment Adviser shall, upon request by Services, provide Services with such data in its possession as Services may reasonably request in order to assist Services in Services’ preparation and filing, with appropriate federal and state regulatory and administrative authorities, all reports required to be filed by Services or a Company in connection with the services provided under this Agreement with those authorities under then current applicable laws, rules and regulations.
