Common use of Required Reserve Amount Clause in Contracts

Required Reserve Amount. So long as this Warrant remains outstanding, the Company shall at all times keep reserved for issuance under this Warrant a number of Common Shares at least equal to 100% of the maximum number of Common Shares as shall be necessary to satisfy the Company’s obligation to issue Common Shares under this Warrant (the “Required Reserve Amount”).

Required Reserve Amount. So long as this Warrant remains outstanding, the Company shall at all times keep reserved for issuance under this Warrant a number of shares of Common Shares Stock at least equal to 100% of the maximum number of shares of Common Shares Stock as shall be necessary to satisfy the Company’s obligation to issue shares of Common Shares Stock under this Warrant the Warrants then outstanding (the “Required Reserve Amount”)without regard to any limitations on exercise.
