Required Revision Clause Samples

The Required Revision clause obligates one party to make specific changes or corrections to a deliverable or document as requested by the other party. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting revision requests, sets deadlines for completing the revisions, and may specify the number of revision rounds permitted. Its core practical function is to ensure that the final product meets the agreed-upon standards or expectations, thereby reducing disputes and clarifying the process for addressing deficiencies.
